Factors For The Future
As part of our Top Nut Growers acreage survey, we asked growers to rank 10 critical issues on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the most important) in terms of the role they will play in determining the future success of their business over the next five, 10, or 50 years. The list below is an average summary of how these issues were ranked. In each of our follow-up Top Growers Reports later this year (stone fruit and apple/pear growers), we will ask growers to rank these same issues. Pay close attention to how the significance of these issues may change based on the type of grower, and perhaps their location.
