Aphid Control Trials
The chart below indicates prune aphid control using different rates of materials applied in University of California trials in fall 2003 and winter 2004.

Spray water was buffered to below 6.0 pH prior to addition of pesticide in all Imidan70WP treatments.

Aphid control ratings: EXCELLENT = no additional treatment needed, GOOD = some aphids, grower's choice if additional control needed, POOR = Additional treatment required.

Trials were conducted by Carolyn Pickel, Bill Olson, Sean Miller, Gurminder Sandher, and Franz Niederholzer, UC Cooperative Extension; Butte, Sutter, and Yuba Counties.
